Using a blended coaching and facilitative approach, we have developed a model that encourages an enabling style of leadership.

The Enabling Leadership Programme

This accredited programme grows the skills and behaviours of your line managers, preparing them for a more enabling style of leadership.

It consists of three modules delivered one day per month for three months. Participants are required to engage in work-based activities between modules in order to apply learning. Modules can be delivered in-person at a venue near you, or we can deliver modules online.

MODULE ONE: INTRODUCTION TO ENABLING LEADERSHIP

Participants explore enabling leadership indicators and themes such as who am I, where am I now and where do I want to be?

MODULE TWO: EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP

Participants explore personal presence, different leadership styles, application and impact on the workplace.

MODULE THREE: LEADERSHIP IN ACTION

Participants bring all their learning together and identify improved efficiencies and team performance.

A flexible three-stage survey – pre, post and three months later – ensures progress is tailored to your company values and leadership qualities framework. We design the survey in consultation with your Senior Management Team prior to delivery. This becomes our North Star for success criteria.

Bespoke Leadership Programmes

Whether you want an online programme, or in-person sessions, or a blend of both, we build a learning experience entirely tailored to your business needs. And, as many of our facilitators are also fully accredited coaches, our solutions tune into both individual and group requirements.

Similar to our Enabling Leadership Programme, we can incorporate your company values and leadership qualities framework alongside any Teamscapes activities you select. If you have your own personality profiling tool, we can use this too. That is the beauty of going bespoke.
