Experiential Learning is the process of discovery through experience. It is the most natural form of learning and one which our Teamscapes methodology is built on. Participants progress through the day on a continuous upwards spiral of learning, irrespective of individual needs and abilities. After each activity, your facilitator will give all participants the opportunity to reflect on their performance and consider how they might improve in order to tackle the next activity. Then, in true experiential learning style, the next activity consolidates the observations from the previous one and provides an opportunity to practice and embed the learning.
