My role as founder of Teamscapes is to continuously be seeking opportunities to help our customers engage and inspire their people. I love the magic of witnessing a person when they have an epiphany and suddenly anything is possible.

In my spare time I like be with my family and my horse Madge. Riding Madge enables me to clear my head and be refreshed ready for the next day.

Lorraine Swann

Teamscapes Business Manager

Having organised events for many years whilst in the employment of several blue chip organisations I joined Sundial in April 1999 when we launched Sundial Options & Solutions, the venue finding arm of the Sundial Group.  I am passionate about helping companies to have a successful event and a brilliant experience.

I joined Teamscapes in February 2010 as Business Manager, helping companies to develop their people and enabling them to work more effectively together – whilst having fun at the same time.  It is truly rewarding to provide a service that can produce such powerful outcomes for individuals.

Outside of work I enjoy walking my beautiful Retriever Ben and watching Rugby.  I also enjoy baking and spending time with my 6 grandchildren whenever possible.

Sean Coxon

Business Development Manager

I joined Sundial Group in April 2015 as Business Development Manager. My

career to date has been working within the hospitality industry and Sundial is a great place for me to expand my knowledge and develop new skills in the field of Learning and Development.

My role is to introduce Learning and Development Professionals to our Experiential Learning methodology and help to demonstrate how it can enhance the outcome of a learning programme.

When I am not working I am usually in the gym, running through mud or climbing over obstacles.  I also like spending time with my friends and family planning the next adventure.

Tjsan Ash

Operations Assistant

I joined Sundial Group in March 2015. I wanted to develop my people skills, learn more about experiential learning and see what I could bring to the role.

I am responsible for the maintenance of the kit and making sure everything is in the right place at the right time for our client events. I also support the rest of the team wherever they need it.

In my spare time, if I am not in the gym or doing something fitness related, I like to catch up with family and friends, and listen to a lot of music.
