What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you contact us about our products and services, subscribe to our marketing from us, submit an enquiry/booking, book onto one of our events or when it is passed to us by your employer as part of a booking. If you make a purchase or booking online, or a third party payment directly through Sundial SOS your card information is not held by us, it is collected by or passed to our third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions, as explained below.
We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us.
How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you to process your enquiry/booking, manage your account and, if you agree, to email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you.
We use your information collected from the website to personalise your repeat visits to our website.
Sundial Group Ltd will not sell or rent your information to third parties and will not share your information for marketing purposes with companies outside Sundial Group.
In processing your order, we may send your details to, and also use information from credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies.

- BDRC Continental and SurveyMonkey for the participation in feedback questionnaires and surveys. Survey’s sent through BDRC Continental are part of our service we provide to you, giving you an opportunity to have your say and feedback on your experience with Sundial Group. This does not imply that you have been subscribed to any marketing, you will still be required to opt-in to this. If you have opted-out of receiving marketing from Sundial Group, you will no longer be sent any surveys.
